We stepped in to rescue a stalled project, flexing our expertise in navigating the web of city regulations. We seamlessly maneuvered through North Tacoma's stringent guidelines, ensuring a harmonious blend with its urban surroundings. The result? A grand custom home that not only met all regulatory requirements but also seamlessly integrated into the distinctive North Tacoma aesthetic.

What We Did

We built the home from the ground up, making sure to maximize the space and stick to the regulations the City imposes to new construction. We built a handsome first floor with a master suite, fireplace and beautiful kitchen. Upstairs we built three bedrooms joined by a spacious common area and a large basement set up for future expansion.
